If you want to address the board about an item not on the agenda, you may sign up to be a Special Order Speaker at a Pre-Agenda meeting prior to the scheduled meeting. Send your request to the superintendent’s office in writing with the subject you wish to discuss at least 11 days prior to the scheduled meeting. Your letter should also include any background information on the topic. Presentations are limited to five minutes.
